You begin by completing a brief inquiry form or reaching out directly.
2. Initial Connection
We may schedule a brief consultation to ensure a good fit and answer any questions.
3. Getting Started
You’ll complete intake forms and we’ll meet for your first session, where we begin to understand your goals and what brings you to therapy.
4. Ongoing Work
We meet regularly to explore your experiences, build insight, and support meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
5. Checking In
Periodically, we’ll reflect on your progress and adjust our work as needed.
6. Preparing for Ending
As your goals are met or your needs shift, we’ll thoughtfully prepare for the end of our work together. We may be able to continue our work together if new treatment goals are established.
7. Closing Our Work
We’ll review what you’ve gained, discuss next steps if needed, and ensure you feel supported moving forward.
8. Ongoing Support
You’re always welcome to return in the future should you want additional support.
